General Returns Guidelines


We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order on item value greater than 1000 Rs. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Eligibility

Any item that has been purchased from the SURYA Website.
All items are unused and in exactly the same condition they were received in with all the original tags/labels intact.
All original packaging of the product is still intact with no damage rendered to either the product or its packaging

Varies from the description on the website
Wrong item delivered
Wrong colour
Wrong sized-shoe delivered
Wrong quantity
Missing parts/accessories



How do I cancel an order?

You have to send an email to smc_blr@yahoo.in) or call us @ 080-25531314 for cancellation of your request. You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 2-5 days. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you.



On Receiving a Damaged or Defective Item

If an item was delivered defective or damaged, please get in touch with IB Customer Care team (smc_blr@yahoo.in) or call us @ 080-25531314 within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Wherever possible, we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our logistics partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by our logistics partners, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will refund the courier cost to your bank account.
Once we arrange for a return pick-up of your order, the courier shall pick it up within 48 hours of your request. Please bear in mind that it may take 2-5 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.



Terms and Conditions

Items on Clearance Sale cannot be returned
Return request was raised beyond the advised timelines
Specific category items such as Electronics, Safety, Tyres, Electricals & Car-care are not eligible for returns
Any item which has been used or altered is not eligible for return
Any item which does not have the original packaging and accessories
Items sold as freebies cannot be exchanged or returned individually
Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount
